Marketing Representative

To support a high-impact sales organization, the part-time Marketing Representative will drive top-of-funnel activity by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers remotely while setting appointments for the Corporate and Market-Based Re-Engagement sales teams. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads and set qualified appointments Leverage CRM and outreach programs to manage lead status and follow-ups Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimize messaging and meet KPI targets Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or outbound appointment setting preferred Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales systems preferred Insurance license preferred, but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
