Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate support and stability.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation such as progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries according to clinic policies and state regulations.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the skills necessary to manage mental health challenges effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
