About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Analyst to support our core business operations through data-driven insights, workload management, and key performance tracking. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving operational excellence, leveraging data to optimize business outcomes, and collaborating across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Data Retrieval & Analysis: Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support business decision-making and standard reporting.
- Workload Management: Assist in allocating and prioritizing tasks across teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time project delivery.
- Financial & Metric Tracking: Monitor key business performance indicators and financial metrics; create routine dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
- Operational Support: Deliver day-to-day operational support, identify process inefficiencies, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business applications. Database query experience is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
