Epic Analyst - Calendar Building (contract) 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Title: EPIC / CTMS Specialist – Clinical Research (Contract) Contract Type & Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension Location: US Remote – must be able to work PST hours Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EPIC / CTMS Specialist to support the backlog of clinical research calendar builds. This role will primarily focus on Coverage Analysis (CA)-based treatment calendar builds within EPIC and requires strong experience in clinical trial management systems (CTMS). The ideal candidate will have experience working in an academic medical center, particularly within oncology research studies, and be familiar with study team workflows and clinical research operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform EPIC calendar builds for research treatment protocols, with a focus on oncology studies Conduct coverage analysis and collaborate with study teams for calendar accuracy Use CTMS systems (VElOS or ONCORE preferred) to support study documentation and scheduling Work with research teams to ensure compliance with clinical trial workflows Participate in remote or onsite meetings as needed to support project delivery Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with EPIC Ambulatory or Beacon modules preferred Strong experience with CTMS (VElOS or ONCORE) Oncology research experience highly desired Proven track record with calendar builds in EPIC, ideally in oncology studies Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Familiarity with clinical trials workflows in an academic medical center environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Softworld, a Kelly Company
