Vision Care Assistant Manager: Lead Customer Experience

Visionworks is seeking a Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store and support the General Manager in achieving financial goals. You will model Visionworks values, supervise the team in the absence of the GM, and coach staff to ensure a simple, human, and bold patient and customer journey. You will promote profitability, oversee the patient journey, coordinate appointments, and drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets while providing strong floor leadership and coaching. #J-18808-Ljbffr VisionWorks
