Why Attorneys Are Interested Anticipated Salary: $130,000-$170,000 + bonus 1,600 billable hour target Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) Substantial deposition and courtroom opportunities Handle your own matters and work directly with clients Broad litigation practice with both plaintiff and defense representations Growing firm with a collaborative culture What You'll Handle Business and commercial disputes Employment litigation and counseling Trade secret and restrictive covenant matters Contract disputes Workplace investigations Civil litigation in state and federal courts across the DMV What We're Looking For 5+ years of litigation experience Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills Federal and/or state court experience Excellent legal writing abilities Ability to manage matters with increasing independence Employment law experience is helpful but not required. The firm is open to experienced litigators from a variety of backgrounds, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, government practice, and other civil litigation disciplines. Bar Admissions DC and/or Maryland admission strongly preferred. Virginia admission is welcomed but not required if eligible to obtain admission. Location Fairfax, Virginia (Hybrid) This position requires regular in-office collaboration and is not fully remote.
