The Production Technician I in handling raw materials, staging materials for processing and operating pallet jacks or forklifts. Have the ability to work as a team player with different sets of skills.**Your key responsibilities** • Set up machines to specification. Fill and label products. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Diploma• Previous food plant experience, forklift truck experience and license required • Basic Math skills required • Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day • Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose; frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs • Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold)**The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
