This is a full-time role with Connect For Freedom based in Wayne, New Jersey, with local travel to support partner relationships, presentations, program launches, events, and geographic expansion. About The Company Connect For Freedom is a nonprofit focused on protecting children from online exploitation and human trafficking. The organization equips K‑12 educators and school leaders with education, resources, and implementation guidance designed to help keep students safe and strengthen coordinated prevention efforts. As Connect For Freedom continues to expand its reach, the organization is now at the stage to bring on a Director of Program Partnership & Operations to support in building an intentional and scalable approach to developing partnerships, bringing new schools and organizations into the program, and supporting them through successful implementation and continued participation. The Opportunity As Director of Program Partnerships & Operations, you'll own the full lifecycle of Connect For Freedom's relationships with schools, districts, clubs, youth organizations, and other program partners: from identifying and developing new opportunities through formal presentations, commitment, implementation, launch, and ongoing participation. You'll serve as a trusted external representative of Connect For Freedom, building relationships with superintendents, principals, boards, county leaders, and other organizational stakeholders. At the same time, you'll bring the operational discipline required to move relationships forward, coordinate successful implementations, maintain visibility across the pipeline, and ensure participating organizations receive consistent support. Partnership Development & Opportunity Advancement Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of schools, districts, clubs, youth organizations, and other prospective partners Develop and execute outreach strategies, including direct outreach, referrals, warm introductions, and inbound follow-up Research priority organizations, geographies, decision-makers, and potential entry points into new markets Conduct exploratory conversations to understand needs, readiness, stakeholders, and program fit Maintain consistent follow-up and move qualified opportunities toward formal presentation 2. Formal Presentations & Partner Commitment Prepare and deliver formal Connect For Freedom program presentations to superintendents, principals, boards, county leaders, and other senior stakeholders Tailor presentations and conversations to stakeholder priorities, program requirements, and organizational needs Guide stakeholders through evaluation and decision-making while addressing questions and coordinating additional expertise when needed Maintain momentum throughout the decision process and establish clear next steps Transition committed organizations seamlessly from evaluation into implementation 3. Program Implementation & Partner Success Guide schools, districts, and participating organizations through approvals, internal ownership, training, preparation, and launch planning Establish implementation milestones, readiness criteria, responsibilities, and timelines Coordinate implementation meetings, materials, follow-up, and outstanding dependencies Maintain continuity with participating organizations following launch Identify implementation risks, stalled activity, and unresolved issues early and proactively move them toward resolution Build strong partner relationships that support continued participation, referrals, and future expansion 4. Systems, Measurement & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate prospect, opportunity, implementation, and partner information in HubSpot Develop and maintain outreach templates, presentations, implementation guides, approval materials, and partner resources Establish repeatable processes across prospecting, qualification, implementation, and ongoing partner support Coordinate appropriate pre- and post-program efficacy measurement and capture structured partner feedback Analyze pipeline, implementation, and program-health trends to identify opportunities for improvement Translate frontline insights into stronger processes, materials, outreach strategies, and partner experiences Requirements 7+ years of experience in education partnerships, institutional business development, program operations, implementation, account management, youth programs, nonprofit partnerships, or related work Strong understanding of K‑12 school and district decision-making environments Demonstrated experience developing institutional relationships and managing multiple stakeholders Strong presentation and consultative communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers Experience managing programs, implementations, onboarding, or complex partner relationships Strong project-management, process-development, and operational follow-through skills Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project-management software, and email outreach tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Logistics and Compensation Employment Type: Full-time, In-person from the office and principle’s home Location: Wayne, New Jersey Schedule: 9am - 5pm, with flexibility for prospect meetings, formal presentations, school and district meetings, and program launches Travel: Periodic local travel to support priority relationships, prospective and participating organizations, events, and geographic expansion Compensation: $130,000 Benefits: Details will be shared with finalists Must be authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect For Freedom
