Come build something great with us.What You'll OwnManage journal entries, general ledger accuracy, and account reconciliations with precisionReconcile and post bank statements, monthly finance reserves, and GS statementsPrepare for and respond to internal and external audit requestsProcess product cancellation refunds for customers and lienholdersAccurately process lease buy-backs and dealer tradesReview multiple dealership schedules monthly and make necessary correctionsMaintain a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresCross-train in Accounts Receivable and Billing to provide backup coverage as neededEnsure accurate financial processing, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policiesTake on additional responsibilities assigned by leadership as the role evolvesRequirements3–5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience preferred — this is a must!Proven track record of successful accounting management in an automotive setting with referencesStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelReynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferredSharp analytical skills with an eagle eye for detail and financial accuracyExcellent communication and organizational skills — you keep everyone on the same pageA self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told twiceAbility to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweatIntegrity and discretion when handling confidential informationProfessional, dependable, and collaborative across all departmentsBenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experienceHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffEmployee Assistance ProgramCareer growth within Mike Calvert ToyotaSchedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | In Person Location: Houston, TX
