Maintenance Technician

Leading Technology Composites, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to support a high‑precision composite manufacturing facility in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, presses, ovens, CNC machines, and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, performing routine inspections, documenting work orders, and supporting continuous improvement. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime while upholding LTC’s safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
