Asset Wealth Management Division (AWM) Legal Associate/Analyst – Paralegal (Dallas) The Asset Wealth Management Division (AWM) Legal Associate/Analyst position presents an opportunity for talented and motivated candidates with an interest in alternative investments, finance and law. The role involves working directly with the attorneys in AWM Legal supporting the AWM Private business, including private equity, credit and real estate funds, and transactions.We are looking for an individual with the following skills/qualifications:Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage simultaneous matters under deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to articulate ideas clearlyHighly motivated and adaptable; the ability to work on a team of diverse individualsProactive; the ability to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environmentAccurate and detail-oriented with sound judgment and integrityKeen interest in legal frameworks and finance/private equityExperience with legal entity formation and knowledge of legal entity structures is a plusPrior paralegal experience is a plus; JD not requiredResponsibilities will include:All aspects of legal entity creation, maintenance and dissolution including drafting/reviewing formation/governing documents and resolutionsAssisting with management of global entity databaseFielding internal and external inquiries regarding AWM corporate informationAssisting with anti-money laundering/KYC requestsCoordinating information across the firm for anti-trust filings and working with outside counsel in connection with anti-trust filingsResponding to regulatory-related requests and reviewing certain documents for compliance with regulatory requirementsPerforming various other governance related tasks, as neededPosting Date: 2026-09-08
