The Credit platform is responsible for origination, underwriting, execution, and asset management of commercial real estate debt and preferred equity investments secured by development, transitional, and stabilized properties across major U.S. markets.The platform manages over $9 billion of net asset value across 250+ investments, and since 2013 has originated over $50 billion across 500+ transactions spanning first mortgages, bridge loans, construction financing, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity.This professional will be a core member of the investment team across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing support, underwriting, due diligence, structuring, closing, and ongoing portfolio management. The role provides broad exposure across Affinius Capital Credit platform and direct interaction with senior leadership, sponsors, intermediaries, and third-party advisors. The ideal candidate brings strong credit judgment, technical proficiency, and a collaborative execution-oriented mindset.Apply for this Position
