The Farmers Insurance Protégé Program is a paid mentorship designed for ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals who want to build a successful insurance career while preparing to become a Farmers Agency Owner.

You'll work side-by-side with one of Arizona's top-performing Farmers Insurance agencies, receive one-on-one coaching, sell insurance from day one, and learn every aspect of running a successful agency. The program combines hands-on mentorship with Farmers' training resources to prepare participants for agency ownership.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses

Successful Protégés have the opportunity to earn a strong income while completing the program and positioning themselves for future agency ownership.

Unlike traditional sales positions, the Farmers Insurance Protégé Program is designed with a long-term vision. You'll gain real-world business experience, receive mentorship from successful agency leaders, and have a defined path toward owning your own Farmers Insurance Agency. The program is specifically intended to develop future agency owners through paid, hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Contact agency-provided leads and referrals
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance
• Conduct policy reviews and identify customer needs
• Learn daily agency operations
• Participate in Farmers and District training programs
• Meet monthly sales goals
• Develop marketing and networking strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work closely with your mentor to develop the skills needed to successfully own and operate an agency

• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Property Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
