The Jesse Barrera Agency is seeking a motivated, competitive, and coachable Insurance Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Jesse Barrera is a Farmers Insurance Presidents Council Agent, placing him among the Top 1% of all Farmers Insurance agencies nationwide. Our agency is in aggressive growth mode, and unlike many insurance sales positions, we provide qualified leads so you can focus on selling.

Responsibilities

• Convert agency-provided leads into new insurance clients
• Build relationships with prospective customers
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage needs
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Participate in daily coaching and sales meetings

Requirements
