Prepare board materials, investor communications, and executive presentations for healthcare industry stakeholders. Lead cross-functional projects including partnership negotiations, due diligence processes, and operational improvements. Coordinate compliance tracking for healthcare regulations and maintain documentation for industry accreditation. Sales Engineering & Business Development (40%) Conduct technical product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, explaining complex growth solutions and technology implementations. Develop customized proposals and RFP responses for independently-owned healthcare businesses. Manage sales pipeline using advanced CRM capabilities, tracking opportunities from initial contact through contract execution. Analyse healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and customer technical requirements to inform solution architecture. Revenue Operations & Analytics (20%) Maintain and optimize sales technology stack including Attio CRM, Apollo automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Generate business intelligence reports combining executive insights with sales performance data. Support healthcare ROI analysis including clinical outcomes, operational efficiency gains, and administrative burden reduction. Facilitate strategic account management and customer success initiatives. Qualifications Healthcare Experience: 3+ years in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or healthcare technology.
