Rehab Admission RN/Liaison

Where You Will Work:

45 bed unit that provides nursing care to patient population needing acute inpatient rehab services. Lutheran General Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Medical Center with Magnet designation. The Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit is CARF accredited.

Were Looking For:

  Registered Nurse (RN) BSN RN licensure
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Minimum of 3 years experience in an interdisciplinary rehab setting
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Certification in your current area of specialty within 2 years or 2,000 hours. Knowledge of quality program standards.
  
  
  
  

What Youll Do:

  As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
