Incident Management (IM) Support Engineer
Location: Costa Mesa CA Hybrid
Rate: $60-70/hr
Interview: Virtual

Experience: 5 years Industry: Automotive / Connected Car / Telematics
Seeking an Incident Management Support Engineer to support a Connected Car & Telematics operations environment. The role will monitor production systems using Datadog Dynatrace Grafana MaxGauge and Elastic identify anomalies and lead end-to-end incident resolution.
Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Incident Management / Operations with P1/P2 incident and bridge leadership.
Hands-on experience with Connected Car Telematics TCU OTA Remote Services and IoT .
Experience with Datadog Dynatrace Grafana MaxGauge logs metrics and dashboards .
Lead incident bridges coordinate cross-functional teams manage communications SLAs and post-incident RCA/CAPA .
Knowledge of ITIL Jira/ServiceNow Confluence Jenkins and xMatters .
Strong stakeholder communication and incident commander skills.
Ability to analyze telemetry logs alerts and time-series data.
