Lead Server/Shift Manager Love wings and sports? Join our family, have fun and take pride in your work. Native Grill & Wings is looking for a Lead Server/Hourly Manager. As a Hourly Manager you would be responsible for restaurant operations and report to the General Manager of the restaurant. This is an entry level management position. You will go through management training and then have serving, utility and bartending shifts while you part-time manage. When a full-time, salaried management position becomes available, you will be the next in line to be promoted.
