Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives working as a Special Education Case Manager/Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. This rewarding contract opportunity begins in early August and runs through May, offering a full-time schedule in an onsite setting. Your primary focus will be supporting high school students (grades 9-12), with an emphasis on math and individual case management.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and families to deliver tailored services that meet diverse learning needs and foster academic success.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CO CDE) teaching certificate (required)
• Demonstrated success as a Special Education Teacher, particularly at the secondary level
• Strong background in case management, with experience in IEP development and implementation
• Proficiency in supporting academic growth in math for high school students
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 9-12th grade students, providing individualized educational support
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, tailoring strategies to each learner
• Deliver direct math instruction and support in line with best practices for special education
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation
• Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student achievement
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students with disabilities
