Client Experience Representative

Client Service Representative Greater Staten Island Veterinary Services (GSiVS) is hiring Client Service Representatives to support our busy ER and specialty practice. The Client Service Representative is one of the most important positions in our emergency/specialty practice. As a front‑line team member, you greet each client, set the stage for a positive experience, check clients in and out of the hospital, book appointments, take payments, and field busy phone lines. This role requires experience in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment; veterinary experience is preferred but we will happily train and invest in the right candidate. We are proud to provide the highest standard of care to the patients we serve. About You Experience in a client service role is preferable, but we will train the right candidate. Excellent communication skills are expected; you will often act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff. Ability to answer multiple phone lines. Data entry and attention to detail. Comfort with taking deposits and discussing financial questions with clients. Empathy and compassion for our clients. Ability to be discreet and professional when appropriate. Schedule Shifts rotate through daytime, mid‑day, and evening shifts to accommodate a fair work‑life balance. One weekend shift will be required. $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
