You've delivered results:Experienced Lean Black Belt / CI Leader in manufacturingProven track record of driving measurable improvements (cost, throughput, lead time, etc.)Deep expertise in: Value Stream TransformationFlow & Pull SystemsHoshin KanriSMED, TPM, Standard WorkDaily Management & Visual SystemsBut more importantly:You know how to influence leaders who don't report to youYou've successfully changed behavior, not just processesYou push for impact over activityStrong DifferentiatorsLean systems experience (TPS, Danaher, etc.)Advanced problem-solving and analytics (SPC, regression, hypothesis testing)Change leadership credentials (PROSCI, Agile, etc.)The Bottom LineThis role is for someone who wants to:Own a transformation—not just participate in oneBuild something that actually lastsOperate as a true strategic partner, not a support functionIf you're already succeeding where you are—but know you could have greater impact in the right environment—this is that opportunity.Required Competencies, Education, and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred)3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership in Kaizen, Continuous Improvement.Proficient in Gemba Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, Visual & Daily Management, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, Standard Work Development, and 3P Layout.Strong ability to facilitate Kaizen Events on these methods and tools and helping to identify future Lean minded personnel.Proficiency leading cost reduction and process flow improvement initiatives.Proficiency with Kaizen tools, such as 3P, TAKT Time, Standard Work Combination Sheets, Standard WIP and Kaizen Newspaper.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to provide leadership and strategic direction as part of the site leadership team.Preferred Qualifications :Lean Master on TPS or Danaher Business System Certification.Project management experience with a proven track record of meeting timelines or proactively adjusting to achieve planned goals.Agile certification such as SCALE.Change management such as PROSCI certification.Strong analytical background - SPC, Hypothesis Testing, Regression, and Correlation Analysis.Problem-solving skills, such as 5-Whys, 8D, Shainin, etc.
