Responsibilities: • Capture high-quality orthodontic records, ensuring accuracy and completeness every time • Collaborate with the orthodontic team to maintain seamless patient flow and exceptional care • Prepare and manage lab equipment, ensuring everything is ready for efficient use • Assist in creating orthodontic appliances, contributing to our patients' transformative journeys • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, reflecting our commitment to excellence • Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and a warm, welcoming experience • Support the team in administrative tasks, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently Qualifications: Must be 18 years old or older This position is full-time - because part-time isn't enough awesome Connects easily with people and communicates like a pro, with patients, parents, and teammates Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat (or at least without showing it) Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment where no two days are the same Stays cool, collected, and organized — even when the schedule isn’t Takes ownership of their work and can run with tasks without constant supervision Brings a positive, can-do attitude that lifts up the whole team Is ready to learn, grow, and pitch in wherever needed Must love working with awesome people Is wanting to start a career Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
