Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Duration: Until 12/31/2025
Interview Format: 1 round - Panel Interview (on-site)
Working Model: On-site 5 days a week (8-hour shifts) 8 AM to 5 PM
The Opportunity:
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Manage office communications and correspondence
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
- Organize and maintain office records
- Support department with administrative tasks
Who You Are:
- 5–10 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in industry tools/software
Preferred (Optional):
- Experience in healthcare or project management preferred
Screening Questions:
- Do you have experience working with smartsheet or other project management tools? If yes, then where and which project have you used
- Have you worked as Project Administrator OR Project Coordinator?
- Do you have any healthcare industry experience?
- Are you comfortable with Interview Format: 1 round - Panel Interview (on-site)?
- Are you comfortable working on-site 5 days a week (8 hour shifts) 8 AM to 5 PM?
- How many years of experience you have in managing complex calendaring?
