Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
• Demonstrated experience or special interest in pediatric or school-based physical therapy
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to different grade levels and student needs
• Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team environment

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering physical therapy services in-person to a caseload of seven students across K-12 grades
• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to each student’s abilities and educational goals
• Collaborating with teachers, other therapists, and support staff to foster student success
• Documenting progress, maintaining compliance standards, and communicating updates effectively with families and colleagues
• Providing training or support to staff on mobility techniques and strategies as needed
