Job Title

Summary of the Position

Perform a variety of duties including maintaining alphabetical, numerical or subject files and generate memos or other correspondence/reports as directed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collect and maintain client records and data.

Track data as required by licensing bodies.

Enter data in computer per established requirements.

Perform clerical duties as assigned.

Document phone and other communications when needed or requested.

Comply with confidentiality laws pertaining to case record information.

Lifting Requirements - Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Work Location: This position is required to work in an office setting at various locations.

Education - High School Graduate

Licensure - N/A

Years of Experience - N/A

Computer Experience - Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook. Basic data and word processing is required.

Other - Oral and written communication skills sufficient to provide routine information answer inquiries and gather specified information from other staff. Possess ability to remain calm when short deadlines are imposed. Must be organized in order to accomplish job tasks and meet deadlines.
