Landing is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead all people functions for a multi-state workforce, with California emphasis. You will own payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR operations while building scalable systems from the ground up. As the sole HR leader, you’ll partner with leadership, design data dashboards, and ensure best practices across wage laws and leave regulations.
