Project Estimator-Level 4 - Senior

We are seeking a senior subject-matter expert for a Project Estimator 4 role. This position is responsible for leading complex capital expenditure (CapEx) estimating and financial modeling activities for large, high-impact projects. The role requires extensive experience in project estimation, cost control strategies, and market-aligned forecasting to support executive decision-making with accurate and defensible financial evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern complex CapEx estimating and financial modeling activities across large-scale projects.
• Independently develop and validate comprehensive capital cost models.
• Integrate staffing, risk, escalation, and market dynamics into project estimates.
• Ensure alignment with evolving industry benchmarks, financial regulations, and organizational investment strategies.
• Provide strategic oversight of design reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead market pricing and benchmarking initiatives to inform cost models.
• Establish best practices for construction cost metrics and estimating methodologies.
• Serve as a technical authority and mentor on advanced estimating tools and CapEx optimization.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 11-15+ years of experience in project estimation, cost control strategies, and market-aligned forecasting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and advanced estimating tools.

Work Requirements

Driving will be required as part of this position's duties. A valid, non-restricted driver's license must be maintained, with no alcohol/drug-related driving offenses within the previous five years and no current license suspension or restriction.
