Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Valley Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples, families, and individuals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address a wide array of issues, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and personal stressors.

• Collaborating with clients to explore and resolve underlying issues affecting their mental health and relationships.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide clients through their therapeutic journeys.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and case discussions to enhance collaborative care and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide therapy for a diverse clientele that includes individuals, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as relationship struggles, parenting dilemmas, and coping with significant life changes. Our patient population values a holistic approach to therapy, and as an LMFT, you will play a vital role in helping them navigate issues such as blended families, adjustments to separation or divorce, and communication barriers. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
