Warehouse Processor

The Warehouse Processor works primarily at a computer workstation in a small warehouse and cleanroom environment, following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assemble devices and consumer packages. This role focuses on accuracy, cleanliness, and organization while handling products and materials, ensuring all items meet specified quality requirements and are properly sanitized as they move in and out of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Work at a dedicated computer desk to process orders and documentation while following specific SOPs.
• Assemble devices in a cleanroom environment in strict accordance with established SOPs.
• Assemble various product packages to meet consumer specifications and quality standards.
• Verify that all finished products meet specified requirements before moving to the next stage.
• Actively participate in line clearance activities to ensure work areas are free of incorrect or leftover materials.
• Assist with line setup activities, including preparing workstations, materials, and equipment according to SOPs.
• Help clean and sanitize cleanroom areas and all materials coming in and out of the building, following cleanliness protocols.
• Use computer systems to perform data entry, scanning, and record-keeping with a high level of accuracy.
• Organize work materials and maintain an orderly workstation to support efficient workflow.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures while handling and assembling products.
• Lift and move materials weighing approximately 15–20 lbs as needed during daily tasks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of assembly, data entry, and quality checks.

• Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
• Experience working with computers, including basic navigation and use of computer-based systems.
• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform scanning and basic clerical tasks in a warehouse or production environment.
• Capability to work in a cleanroom or cleanliness-focused environment, adhering to sanitation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, materials, and documentation efficiently.
• Ability to lift and move 15–20 lbs safely as part of daily responsibilities.
• High level of attention to detail in assembly, packaging, and documentation.
• Trainable mindset with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Consistently positive and professional attitude in a production environment.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or cleanroom setting is helpful but not required.
• Background in packing, order processing, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic clerical tasks such as record-keeping and document handling.
• Comfort working independently at a dedicated workstation while collaborating with the broader team as needed.
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to quality over speed.

Work Environment

This role is based in a smaller warehouse where each person has a dedicated desk and computer system. Approximately 85% of the job is computer-based, allowing you to sit for most of your shift while handling data entry, scanning, and documentation. You will also work in and around a cleanroom environment, helping to clean and sanitize work areas and materials moving in and out of the building. The facility is not climate controlled, so temperatures may vary with the seasons. The workspace is organized, process-driven, and focused on cleanliness and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
