Position

Our client is seeking a Vice President, Industrial to expand its industrial brokerage practice. The ideal candidate will have an established book of business, a proven track record of closing complex industrial deals and cultivating client relationships, along with the leadership skills and vision to help shape and execute the firm's industrial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with firm leadership to grow and scale the industrial brokerage practice across key Midwest markets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional occupiers, owners, developers and private investors.
• Develop annual revenue goals, recruiting targets and performance metrics for the industrial practice.
• Drive new business opportunities through networking, industry events and thought leadership.
• Represent the firm as an expert in the industrial real estate sector in public and media appearances.
• Lead high-profile pursuits and maintain relationships with key clients, including occupiers, investors and developers.
• Collaborate with marketing and research departments to produce high-quality deliverables and market insights.

Qualifications

• +7 years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage.
• Skilled at business development, client retention and deal execution.
• Proven track record of originating and closing leasing and/or investment sales transactions.
• Established client base or existing book of business.
• Deep understanding of market analytics, lease structures and valuation.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. xhyhwjd
• Based in Chicago or Detroit preferred.
