Trustpoint.One is recruiting a Temporary CMBS Lending Attorney who is client-focused, organized and has a team-oriented approach to work with an international law firm on a remote, long-term temporary assignment.

Requirements

\n

\n
• J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials. Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
\n
• Minimum of 7 years of CMBS Lending Attorney experience, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience .
\n
• 7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating credit and collateral documentation, proposals and agreements, confidentiality agreements, updating loan templates and performing legal research.
\n
• Experience with secured credit facilities.
\n
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
\n
• Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.
