Our organization is looking for a third Rheumatologist to join a dedicated team of two in a role that focuses entirely on clinical practice. The current physicians have highlighted their appreciation for the clinic's manageable pace, low patient volumes, and the independence they enjoy in their work.

This is a distinctive opportunity that prioritizes patient care, featuring a 4.5-day work week with no on-call responsibilities.

The Role:

• A brand-new infusion center spanning 40,000 square feet, equipped with 40 infusion bays, set to open in early 2026.
• Collaborate with two Rheumatologists, medical assistants, scribes, and a robust support team.
• Enjoy a schedule that includes a 4.5-day work week, with a half-day on Fridays.
• Manage a low patient load of 12-14 individuals per day.
• This position is entirely outpatient and clinical, with no on-call duties.

Compensation Package:

• Base salary reaching up to $300,000, with potential for additional earnings.
• A sign-on bonus of $50,000, along with options for student loan repayment.
