Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to protect clients during high-risk situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community, support, and a shared healing experience among clients.
