Paid Media Specialist

I’m partnering with a growing organization to bring on a Paid Media Specialist who is strategic, analytical, and performance-driven. This role will focus heavily on paid social and digital advertising strategy, managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other paid media channels. You’ll work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to optimize campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and drive scalable growth through data-driven decision making. We’re looking for someone who: Has hands-on experience managing paid social and digital advertising campaigns Has experience managing large advertising budgets across multiple channels Is highly proficient in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Enjoys analyzing campaign performance data and optimizing for ROI Can balance creative strategy with analytical execution Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience: ~4‑6 years in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
