Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to track client progress, discussing stability, upcoming appointments, and appropriate discharge planning.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for each client, including clinical progress notes and treatment updates.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions while adhering to clinical best practices and standards.

• Participating in one-on-one supervision and engaging in continuous professional development for clinical growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Ability to satisfy internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals with substance abuse issues.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy.
