We are looking for a proactive Residence Services Manager to support daily operations at a multifamily community. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who brings strong resident service skills, sound administrative judgment, and the ability to keep multiple property priorities moving efficiently. In this role, you will help maintain a positive resident experience while coordinating leasing activity, unit readiness, compliance tasks, and operational follow-through across the community.

Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationships with residents by responding to questions about accounts, lease terms, renewals, and community guidelines in a timely and thorough manner.

• Prepare and distribute resident-facing materials such as notices, updates, surveys, and other communications that keep the community informed.

• Oversee administrative steps tied to occupancy by tracking applications, upcoming move-ins and move-outs, and renewal timelines to support stable leasing performance.

• Perform unit inspections, record property conditions in designated software, and help ensure apartments are prepared for incoming residents.

• Coordinate with vendors and onsite teams to manage apartment turns, including cleaning, painting, and maintenance scheduling.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in multifamily property management, resident services, leasing support, or property administration.

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving property environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail when handling records, inspections, and resident documentation.

• Ability to work independently, and use sound judgment

• Experience with property management software such as Yardi is preferred.
