Payroll Administrator Job ID: null Department: Payroll Location: null-null Description Summary: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. This role manages a high volume of employee inquiries, providing clear, courteous, and detailed responses to employees at all levels while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with payroll processes. Reports to: Payroll Supervisor Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 35 years of payroll administration experience, including multi-state payroll processing Strong analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meeting required deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred, but not required Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation...Payroll Administrator, Payroll, Administrator, Accounting
