Front Desk Receptionist, Customer Service Representative (On Site)
Type: Full Time
Location: Coral Springs, FL
Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour

Trilogy Home Healthcare , a Humana company, is hiring an organized, outgoing, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist, CSR to join our award-winning team. What You'll Do:

  • Serve as first point of contact for patients, guests, and staff

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service

  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering and maintaining supplies/documents

  • Support the coordination and safe delivery of home health services

  • Work collaboratively with clinical and office staff

  • High School Diploma, some college preferred.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role required, healthcare or medical office setting preferred
