Patient Experience Front Desk & Medical Records Clerk

United Surgical Partners

Fort Myers Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist and medical records specialist. The role involves patient interaction, paper work processing, and maintaining accurate records with a focus on exceptional patient experience.

The candidate should have strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and a professional appearance. Prior hospital clerical experience and typing at 45 wpm are preferred, with bilingual skills considered an advantage.
