Join Our Team as a Part-Time Receptionist (Up to $20/hr!)

Are you friendly, organized, and great at making people feel welcome the moment they walk in? We’re looking for a part-time Receptionist to be the heart of our office—answering calls, greeting customers, and keeping everything running smoothly.

At our insurance agency, you’ll play a key role in connecting clients with the right team members, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping us deliver top-notch service.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone
• Manage appointments and office scheduling
• Handle incoming inquiries and update customer records
• Support prospective and existing clients with clear communication and great service
• Assist the team with administrative tasks and other projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask
• Comfortable communicating professionally and supporting sales conversations
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office + CRM experience is a plus)

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position
• $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
