Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job description Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the position of part-time Administrative Assistant at our clinic in Westlake Village, CA. The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our clinic. The selected candidate will be responsible to act as the alternate site administrator for department of health visits as well as other miscellaneous tasks. Job Responsibilities: Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments Answers and routes incoming calls Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies Receives and organizes deliveries Respects confidentiality of all patients Requests medication refills and documentation Puts away medications and checks into EMR Educational / Professional Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Skills: Excellent Organizational Skills Reliable work history Able to collaborate in a team environment Customer Service skills Knowledge of basic computer systems(MS Office) Pay: $22 an hour Job Type: part-time (16 hours a week) Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: 32144 Agoura Rd Suite 207 Westlake Village, CA 91361 Job Type: Part-time Salary: $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
