Transaction Coordinator

Transaction Coordinator The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of transactions, from the initial contact with the customer to the final closing. This includes gathering and verifying information, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and communicating with all parties involved. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
