Store Manager - South Coast Plaza

Summary The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, profitability and delivering exceptional client service for a luxury retail boutique. This role leads daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, payroll and P&L oversight. The manager recruits, develops and coaches the store team to achieve business objectives and maintain brand standards. Responsibilities Develop and execute store strategies and action plans to meet sales and financial targets. Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll and recruitment; train and develop store associates. Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance and implement corrective action plans. Oversee inventory, visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards. Ensure accurate POS transactions, cash handling and adherence to store operational procedures. Maintain high levels of clienteling and CRM usage to grow customer relationships and database. Control expenses and review P&L to maximize profitability. Requirements Previous luxury retail management or keyholder experience; clienteling experience preferred. Proven leadership and people development skills with a focus on sales performance. Experience with merchandising, inventory management and P&L responsibility. Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
