Job Description
- Provide legal support to structured finance, capital markets, and investment banking businesses across a broad range of securitization and financing transactions.
- Support securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes, including asset-backed securities (esoteric ABS), CLOs, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), and other structured credit products
- Advise on CLO transactions, including warehouse facilities, new issuances, refinancings, resets, amendments, and ongoing deal management matters
- Support a growing Structured Finance group, partnering with senior business leaders daily.
The Successful Applicant
- JD from top US Law School
- Admitted to NY State Bar
- 10+ years of experience handling structured products, securitizations, CLOs, CMBS/RMBS and asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS.
- In-house experience advising senior business leaders on ABS transactions is required.
- Must have strong and in-depth experience with esoteric asset-backed securitizations.
- Ability to work autonomously.
