The Dickie Brennan & Co. family of restaurants is recruiting an experienced Pastry Chef to add to our talented culinary team. Ourpastry department prepares all breads, desserts and frozen desserts in-house for our multiple restaurants. We provide ano-nonsense, supportive and learning environment with competitive pay and an outstanding benefits package all with opportunities for growth and career development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Working in an all-scratch kitchen with fresh, seasonal ingredients Preparing and executing menu items according to recipes and company standards Ensuring a superior experience beyond our Guests' expectationsREQUIREMENTS:
Professional baking/pastry experience is required to be considered for this position, 1-2 year degree optional.
