Receptionist

Job Description:
Calvin Community is looking for a first point of contact for our organization, who will manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Answer and transfer phone calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare and distribute documents as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Experience with office equipment (phones, computers, printers, scanners)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
High School Diploma/GEDExperience
