About Unitas Unitas Funding is a direct lender for real estate investors nationwide — short-term financing for 1-4 family and multi-family acquisitions, ground-up construction, and development deals. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented loan processor to help move residential mortgage loans from application to underwriting. You'll be the go-between for borrowers, brokers, and our underwriting team — collecting documentation, keeping files organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You’ll Do Build the file: Collect and review borrower/broker documentation (purchase contracts, bank statements, entity docs, rehab budgets) and prepare clean loan summaries for underwriting. Keep things moving: Manage the pipeline system — track timelines, clear stipulations, and flag bottlenecks before they become delays. Coordinate the details: Order and track appraisals, title, inspections, and credit reports; work with settlement companies and closers to make sure everything lines up. Be the connector: Serve as the main point of contact between brokers, borrowers, account executives, underwriters, and closers. What You Need Bachelor's degree required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication — comfortable talking with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams daily No prior loan processing experience required — just a sharp, dependable, service-minded approach Competitive salary with annual bonus potential, healthcare, disability/life insurance, and 401(k). #J-18808-Ljbffr
