Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, working three 12-hour shifts. Required to work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.

The Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) will work in a float pool position, requiring flexibility to float between departments and multiple facilities. This role demands strong critical thinking and adaptability to meet patient care needs across various settings.

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in medical surgical and telemetry units.

Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Educate patients and families regarding health management and discharge planning.

Active Arizona RN license.

BLS and ACLS certifications.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical surgical or telemetry setting.

Experience with EMR systems, particularly Cerner, is preferred.
