Sales /Business Development Representative (Partnership)

40% Commission on Every Deal Closed – Uncapped Earnings DND Staffing LLC is looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and build relationships with businesses throughout New York City and Long Island. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, account management, or client relations who enjoy meeting people, developing business relationships, and creating new opportunities. No staffing experience is required but it is preferred. We will train the right individual. What You\'ll Do Develop new business relationships and generate client opportunities Conduct outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking events, and in-person visits Meet with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and executives Schedule and attend client meetings throughout NYC and Long Island Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients Manage relationships with existing and prospective accounts Work closely with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs Utilize our CRM and sales tools to track activity and opportunities Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree (or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree) 1-2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, account management, recruiting, or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable networking, prospecting, and meeting new people Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Professional presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 2 days per week in our Uniondale office focused on prospecting, CRM management, appointment setting, and business development planning. 2 days per week in the field meeting clients, networking, visiting businesses, attending events, and developing relationships throughout NYC and Long Island. 40% commission on all business generated Uncapped earning potential Weekly draw against future commissions Travel and business development expenses reimbursed Full training and mentorship Recruiting, sourcing, and operational support provided Referral program Why Join Us?
