Program Manager

Description MIKID is seeking a compassionate and organized Program Manager to lead and oversee youth and family support services throughout Arizona. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing program activities in alignment with MIKID’s strategic goals, funding requirements, and regulatory standards. The Program Manager will supervise direct care staff, including family support, respite, living skills providers, and reception staff, while ensuring high-quality services for youth and families. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for families, connect them with community resources, and encourage active participation in treatment planning and support services. Responsibilities Supervise direct care staff, including family support, respite, living skills providers, and reception staff, ensuring high-quality services for youth and families. Build partnerships with clinics and community agencies to coordinate referrals and services. Maintain client documentation, review progress notes and payroll paperwork, and support staff development through training and supervision. Advocate for families and connect them with community resources. Encourage active participation in treatment planning and support services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred and/or at least eight years of experience in behavioral health. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; knowledge of youth-guided, family-driven care and behavioral health policies and procedures. Current CPR and First Aid certification and a valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card are required. Ability to travel throughout Arizona as needed and work in both office and community settings.
